Driven by world experts in life science, computer science and engineering, Medlea produced FlowLeap software, a simulation engine built to model and predict complex flow dynamics across a wide range of anatomical systems. This technology originated a Predictive Lung Health Digital Twin, able to i) detect lesions, oncological regions and derivation of ventilatory maps, ii) allow Pre-operative assessment of lung function for resection scenarios, iii) produce correlative analysis predicting disease progression from longitudinal data, iv) allow device simulation for optimised drug delivery in real-world anatomies and v) define ventilator settings for adaptive closed-loop ventilation and avoided injury.
Additional uses can be found using other fluids other than airflow (blood flow, cerebrospinal fluid, etc), as a training platform for 3D models built from CT/MRI files and many more.
Nostra Prius is a local representative, supporting integration a use case design in Portuguese Healthcare settings. Medlea software is cloud native and integrates with most 3D CAD modellers and healthcare imaging softwares.

We partnered with Eyebrand, a services contractor at NOS, to lead the design of the portfolio that integrate major AI/ML solutions for healthcare clinical settings, all of which in a SaaS model. We additionaly supported the design of major infrastructural projects for the increased adoption of 5G technologies in healthcare operations, specifically using the European grant tool CEF 5G, that originated two large projects in Portugal (>5M€ each over 36 months), capable of deploying important tools in healthcare process automation, systems interoperability, remote patient monitoring and patient outcomes for pre-hospital scenarios, hospital operations and social care, using 5G and IoT technologies.
This project accelerated the strategies at NOS regarding Cloud and Cibersecurity long term milestones in Healthcare, and promoted a mature brand awareness in a very technical healthcare domain and stakeholders, in a market dominated by vendor specific technologies and large Pharma and MedTech OEMs.

Founded in 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey, TIM has expanded its presence globally, with offices in London and Palo Alto, and serves clients across more than 20 countries .
Nostra Prius partnered with TIM to promote pre-sales and sales in the Iberian territory and support growth in new territories, thru additional partnerships in Brasil, Morocco, and France. Pre-sales included PoC in specific scenarios such as major online retailers (including groceries), 3PL vendors, manufacturing and maintenance shop-floors operations, in Portugal, Spain and Morocco.

Nostra Prius provided bespoke innovative lightweight flooring solutions for the famous 5-star Ritz hotel refurbishment in Lisbon in '20.

Mármores Galrão is a prominent Portuguese company specialising in the extraction, processing, and commercialisation of natural stones, particularly marble and granite.
Nostra Prius partnered with MG with specific shop-floor objectives for the Pêro Pinheiro factory, a 30,000 sq.m. facility, including i) manufacturing processes digitisation and process automation and technical improvement, ii) mitigation of down-times and high maintenance costs, and iii) overall productivity improvement. Board weekly decisions would be met with manufacturing insights reports, and KPIs from each department. A better articulation with customers and (realistic) delivery times and a bespoke visual communication tool were some of the hanging fruits, as a cascade benefit.

STORK stands for STONE + CORK. It is a Portuguese patented product that allows for extreme design configurations due to the properties of the end product: extremely durable and lightweight, sound and temperature insulator and beautiful aesthetics.
This was an end-to-end contract that included i) product industrialisation process design, ii) shop floor layout and commissioning for 10,000 sq.m. per year capacity, iii) product launch, promotion, iv) product homologation and testing according to industry standards, and v) scale up of product pre-sales, sales and installation/commissioning. Our contract ended after commissioning of the beautiful marble cladded Hospital da Luz Benfica expansion order, led by a Mota-Engil / HCI consortium, where STORK delivered and installed thousands of 1x0,5m marble composite slabs for the 40x20m long main square horizontal ceiling at 8m height. The layout configuration is the same as in the lateral facades, providing a continuum, and the slabs were fixed using an all aluminium lightweight structure supplied by Fischer.
STORK was later acquired by one of the largest Portuguese natural stone providers: Filstone.

Devices and corresponding IoT technology are delivered in a SaaS model and Moocall products are present in over 40+ countries using local GSM services facilitated by a Global Roaming licence with Vodafone. Nostra Prius is a authorised vendor in a B2B2C model in the Portuguese territory (including Madeira and the Azores) since 2017.
